Prayer Requests

  As I'm sure most of you know who read my blog and the comments, Laura at http://harvestlanecottage.blogspot.com/  has been undergoing treatment for cancer.  She is a homeschooling mom and such a sweet spirited lady.  Please continue to keep her in your prayers for complete healing and recovery from all of this.  The cancer is now gone but she still is recovering from surgery.  God has been so good and so faithful to her and her family throughout all of this.  

   Another sweet lady who comments here, Jane Allan, is desperately in need of our prayers too.  She found her husband, Bluey, unconscious and things are looking pretty serious.  She is with him at the hospital.  That is all the information I have right now.  Please lift them both up in your prayers.  *Update:  Bluey is in a medically induced coma while they try to figure out what caused all of this, be it infection or a blockage.  They will start to slowly bring him out of it on Monday.  Jane has to travel an hour and a half back and forth to the hospital from home also.  Please pray for healing, provision and strength for them.

   I believe in the power of prayer and in the community that we have here in blogland to lift each other up, encourage and to be there for one another.  I know that so many of you, including Laura and Jane, have been there for me time and time again.  Let's all be there for these sweet ladies and their families too.
