Steven is 3 Years Old!

Our youngest grandson, Steven, turned 3 years old this week!  He has totally lost that toddler look over the past few months and now looks like a big boy. 😃  We saw him a couple of weeks ago and were amazed at the changes not only in his appearance, but also in his language!  His favorite saying now is "Oh my gosh" about everything and we are convinced he learned that from his Auntie Heather.  She is very proud of that fact too.  LOL!

He loves to sing and is very good about sharing his radio controlled cars, that his Uncle Jeremy gave him, with G-pa and I.  Uncle Jeremy is very generous and gives the best presents! We have so much fun racing them and making them do tricks.  If they get stuck, the controls are quickly turned over to one of us to get it unstuck.  He is fascinated with how things work and tools.  He tries to "fix" or improve everything he can get his hands on.  He reminds me so much of Jeff's father (Steven's great-grandfather).  I really wish things were different so Steven and his Papa could enjoy each other's company, but things have not changed at all on that front unfortunately.

With the whole Covid-19 virus and the stay at home orders and now slowly opening back up with restrictions in place, we have not got to see much of our Steven lately.  We miss him terribly and hope to be able to see more of him in the near future.  He and his cousins Bradley and Isaiah, along with our kids, are our world.

  1. A very happy birthday to Steven! My, but the years went by fast, didn't they? He looks like such a cute and happy boy! A bit of mischievous, too, I think! :D
